UPDATE 8/13/13: The USFWS has postponed the review of removing Gray Wolves from Endangered Species Protection due in large part to a scandal where agency officials, in violation of policy, attempted to influence the scientific representation on the review panel which resulted in the dismissal of scientists who had expressed concern over delisting Gray Wolves. Your comments should still be submitted so they are available when the review inevitably resumes, so please use the link in the original article below to submit your comments. For more information on the postponement and related agency misbehavior, see the following:
THE DEADLINE IS QUICKLY APPROACHING!
For those concerned about the removal of Endangered Species protection for Canis lupus in nearly all the contiguous United States, please submit a comment to the Department of Interior before September 11, 2013. You can upload scientific papers and findings that support your argument for continued protection and/or dispel the flawed reasoning that is proffered by lobbyists for ranching and sports hunting that support delisting.
Please let your voice be heard through the link below. Thank you.
